Customization process
To ensure you can place your order smoothly and receive satisfactory swimwear, here are our detailed customization process and precautions:
1. Initial Consultation
- Contact SEEDINO customer service to inform them of your customization needs.
- Initial discussion on the purpose, size chart , design inspiration, quantity, and budget range of training swimsuits.
- After paying the deposit, the production process will officially begin (2-11).
2. Design Discussion
- Determine the swimsuit style (e.g., LDS series, YES series, CBS series, etc.) .
- Discuss colors, patterns, and cultural elements you wish to incorporate.
- Provide reference examples (such as images or design concepts) to better understand your expectations.
3. Sample confirmation
- We will provide a one-off design sketch or sample based on the initial discussion.
- Clients need to carefully review and confirm the design. If there are any suggestions for modification (maximum of 2 times), please provide feedback in a timely manner during the design period.
4. Materials
- We currently offer LYCRA fabric 280 GSM high-quality fabric.
5. Dimension Measurement
- Choose the accurate size (we will provide a size chart and measurement instructions).
- If it is a custom order for a team, please collect the size information of each member to ensure a proper fit.
6. Final confirmation
- Confirm the final design, materials, dimensions, and price to avoid misunderstandings.
- Sign a custom contract ( (If needed) , please specify order details and delivery. Required time .
7. Make the correct payment
- Payment shall be made in accordance with the contract ( * full amount or deposit).
- confirm * We only begin the production process after payment is received.
* Orders of 10 items or less require full payment;
For orders between 11 and 30 pieces, a 70% deposit is required.
For orders exceeding 30 items, a 50% deposit is required.
Payment methods include: Faster Payment System (FPS), PayMe, AlipayHK, Alipay (Mainland China), and credit cards.
*** The final payment must be made before the bulk order is shipped, once the product has been manufactured.
8. Production process
We will begin production of the swimsuits and will provide regular updates on the progress.
- Clients can check the progress with us at any time and maintain good communication.
9. Quality Inspection
- After completion, a rigorous quality inspection is conducted to ensure that each swimsuit meets our standards.
10. Delivery
- Confirm the delivery method (self-pickup or mail) and provide tracking information.
- After receiving the product, please check if it meets your expectations. If there are any problems, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
11. After-sales service
- View swimsuit maintenance and cleaning recommendations to extend product life.
