Refund Policy
All shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
When products are out of stock, all purchases will automatically enter a pre-order status, and the products will be produced automatically, shipping within three weeks.
Free shipping is available for specific countries/regions when the total order amount exceeds the following:
- China/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan: HK$500
- International (Other) Regions: HK$1,000
Our orders are fulfilled on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and customers will be responsible for any local sales tax or import duties that may be charged upon delivery.
Refund Policy for Oversized Items:
Certain products may incur an oversized handling fee, which will be calculated at checkout. These items may also only be available for selected regions. Relevant shipping costs will be determined by the logistics company.

Hong Kong Region
For local orders in Hong Kong, we implement a 7-day return and exchange policy for official SEEDINO products at their original price. Other collaborative series products are not included. For any requests, please contact us at info@seedino.com.
To return or exchange items, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be intact and undamaged.
- All accessories of the item must be intact and undamaged.
- The item must not have been worn, used, or washed.
- The tags must not be cut.
- The item's condition must not affect resale.
- Normal production quality issues that do not affect usability will not qualify for exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, overly fitted clothing/underwear products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Returned items must not be unsealed, and the packaging must be undamaged and intact.
- Returns or exchanges can only be arranged once after the initial order. Further requests will not be accepted.
- Customers will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost. If the total order amount after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit.
Store credits will be awarded based on the sale price of purchased items, and returned items will result in the deduction of all credits.
Items marked with discounts, markdowns, or other seasonal sale tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping the items (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility) to our designated return collection point. For requests, please contact us at info@seedino.com.
